The first universal complex for emergency rescue and search operations was opened in North Kazakhstan region with the participation of the Minister of Emergency Situations Shyngys Arinov and the Akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov. The new facility is located near the Pestroye lake and the Teplichnoye village.
It should be noted that the operational rescue squad did not have its own building before. The new complex will become a key link in ensuring the safety of citizens, allowing rescuers to quickly respond to emergencies. The complex is equipped with advanced equipment and technology, which will ensure effective work in any conditions. For example, a door ram for opening car doors, a combined tool for cutting metal and unclenching in an accident have been purchased. The complex has divers and boats, and dog handlers with dogs work.
"During the flood period, the rescue squad performs an important mission to save people. This will significantly increase the level of preparedness for emergencies, reduce response time and improve the quality of assistance," the Akim of NKR noted.
