Reception of citizens on housing and communal services issues

As part of the implementation of the order of the Head of State to reformat work with the population in accordance with the Concept of the "Listening State", a reception of citizens on housing and communal services issues was held at the Citizens' Reception Center.

It was attended by Deputy Akim of the region Kanat Duzelbayev, Deputy Akim of the city of Petropavl Sergey Melekhov, Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services Daniyar Kuanyshbayev, as well as directors of municipal enterprises and services of the city.

12 people came to the reception with various questions. All citizens were given explanations, all issues were taken under control for further resolution.

Receptions of citizens on health care and social protection of the population are also planned for the near future.
