Year of working professions: a training center for students of NKR opened at the CLAAS plant

Today, a training center for dual training was opened at the CLAAS agricultural machinery assembly plant. This project is of particular importance within the framework of the "Year of Working Professions" initiated by the Head of State. Akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov together with a delegation from Germany, headed by Senior Vice President of the Eastern Region of CLAAS Michael Ritter, got acquainted with the capabilities of the training center.

The enterprise and the "Higher North Kazakhstan Professional and Pedagogical College" signed an agreement on the implementation of a dual education system. The program provides students with a unique opportunity to gain practical experience with modern agricultural technologies. It is built on the 60/40 principle, where students spend most of their time in practice.

"Already in January, the first group of 8 college students began practical classes in a specially equipped classroom on the plant's premises. Thus, the enterprise is actively preparing future specialists who will have the skills to assemble modern equipment. The training lasts 3 years, upon completion of which graduates will be employed at the CLAAS plant," the head of the region noted.

Also during the visit, the modernization of the plant's production building was inspected. Last year, 350 units of equipment were assembled, these are CLAAS Xerion tractors, CLAAS Trion combines, HORSCH Sprinter seeding complexes and CLAAS reapers. This year, the enterprise plans to increase production and produce 528 units of modern agricultural equipment.
