Today, a new Center for receiving citizens has opened at the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region within the framework of the concept of the "Listening State" and the implementation of the President's order to reformat work with the population.
The head of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov, heads of law enforcement agencies, deputies, veterans and representatives of the public got acquainted with the work of the new center.
The new front office has created comfortable conditions for visitors, digital standards have been introduced, all processes are automated. The center is equipped with waiting and application areas, an electronic queue and offices for personal reception of citizens.
Visitors will be able to submit applications, make an appointment with the heads of government agencies and receive consultations from specialized departments. There is a separate office for receiving people with special needs.
The center forms a single ecosystem for interaction with citizens, the analysis of applications allows us to accurately determine the needs of residents, according to which government agencies plan their work and form a budget. Thus, the wishes of citizens are taken into account in the process of developing and making decisions. The akim of the region and heads of state bodies held a citizen's reception. No appeal will be left without attention. The task of state bodies is to hear the problem and find its optimal solution. In general, it should be noted that a single dialogue platform builds trusting relationships between state structures and the population on the most pressing issues.
