NKR rural workers celebrated their professional holiday

A ceremonial meeting was held dedicated to Agricultural Workers Day – a holiday for those who ensure the country's food security, create a basis for economic growth and strengthen villages with their work. The akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov congratulated rural workers on their professional holiday. This year, thanks to state support and tireless work, farmers harvested a record harvest of 6.2 million tons of grain with a yield of 18.6 c/ha.

Agriculture is the basis of life, it is work that requires not only professionalism, but also patience, dedication and love for the land. During the meeting, on behalf of the President, he presented state awards to the best representatives of the industry for their contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex. These are machine operators, agronomists, milkmaids, combine operators, drivers and directors of farms. It is thanks to them that people consume high-quality and environmentally friendly products. "I congratulate all workers on their professional holiday! May your work be duly appreciated, and may your successes become an incentive for new achievements," the head of the region wrote on social networks.
