In Petropavl, 32 multi-storey buildings are under construction

Today, the Akim of the North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov inspected the construction of houses in the Kopay microdistrict. The outline of the new microdistrict is emerging here. The construction of 7 multi-storey buildings with 605 apartments is underway. This is credit housing for those on the waiting list. The construction of four multi-storey buildings is nearing completion. Utilities are also being brought in.

"In total, 27 multi-storey buildings with 3.8 thousand apartments are planned to be built in this microdistrict. In addition, social facilities will appear - a school, a kindergarten and a clinic. A promising microdistrict for comfortable living will be built on the site of old and dilapidated houses," the akim of the region wrote on social networks.

Also, during the tour, the head of the region checked the progress of the construction of budget and commercial houses. In total, 32 apartment buildings are under construction in Petropavl, 20 of which are being built by private developers.
