Meeting was held in NKR with participation of akims of all levels

A meeting was held under the chairmanship of the akim of the North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov with the participation of akims of all levels. The meeting was attended by heads of executive and law enforcement state bodies, deputies, chairmen of the cooperative of apartment owners and district inspectors.

The meeting considered the issue of fulfilling the instructions of the Head of State and implementing the tasks voiced during the President's Address.

The issues of combating corruption and preventing drug addiction were discussed.

Particular attention was paid to the topic of developing rural areas and increasing the income of the population. The head of the region noted the need for uniform development of villages. Settlements should become attractive for living, where the economy is supported by its own revenue base and the standard of living is close to the urban one.

The akim of the region instructed the akims of districts, rural districts and heads of departments to ensure the implementation of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept for the Development of Rural Areas by the end of the year.

Akims of all levels also need to step up their work on improving populated areas and developing an environmental culture among the population, maintaining cities and villages in an attractive form.

During the meeting, a proposal was made to hold annual competitions with the following nominations: "The Most Exemplary Village", "Best Street", "Best Yard". The winners of the competition will receive a cash reward, as well as additional incentives in the form of a tractor or a mower. The winners will also be allocated funds for the installation of one social facility: a children's playground, a sports ground, or the improvement of a public garden or park.
