20 candidates enrolled in the regional personnel reserve of the NKR

A meeting of the Regional Personnel Commission of the North Kazakhstan region was held under the chairmanship of the head of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov. The meeting considered the issue of enrolling candidates in the regional personnel reserve.

The Head of State has repeatedly noted that educated youth, patriots of the country with critical thinking should take an active part in governing the state. The personnel reserve provides a unique opportunity for such goal-oriented youth.

The selection for the regional personnel reserve consisted of 5 stages. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan no older than 35 years old, with higher education and work experience of at least 3 years were allowed to participate. A total of 167 applications were received, 34 candidates made it to the final stage.

Following the meeting, a decision was made to enroll 20 reservists in the regional personnel reserve, who within 2 years can apply for various positions in local government agencies without a competition.
