In NKR, 53 educational facilities are undergoing major repairs

The issue of the readiness of educational facilities for the new academic year was considered at a meeting of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region.

The region annually increases funding for the education sector. Free meals for primary school children have been organized for the second year. 6.1 billion tenge were allocated for the major repairs of 53 educational facilities.

A new special school for children with special needs will start operating in the Bereke microdistrict from the new academic year for 300 students, with a dormitory for 50 students. This will create special conditions for children with special educational needs.

As part of the National Project "Comfortable Schools", 2 schools are being built in the Bereke and Orman microdistricts.

Today, in 440 schools, the Internet speed is from 20 Mbit/sec and higher, of which in 140 schools the speed has been increased due to the installation of Starlink equipment.

The head of the region ordered to complete the installation of block-modular boiler houses as soon as possible and ensure the full readiness of schools for the start of the heating season, as well as to complete repairs at educational facilities in a timely manner.
