In NKR, quality of houses being built in new microdistrict is under special control

Akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov inspected the progress of construction of houses in the new microdistrict "Birlik". To date, 370 houses out of 700 have been built. All houses will be completed according to the construction schedule.

The head of the region also visited the houses and talked to residents. In particular, the akim of the region visited the 86th house, the shortcomings of which were announced in the media. It should be noted that defects were found in some houses, which are promptly eliminated by the construction company.

Gauez Nurmukhambetov emphasized that the quality of construction is the main priority in the work of government agencies, contractors and technical supervision. Due to tight deadlines, the quality of work should not suffer. It should be noted that the warranty period for new houses from the developer is 2 years, in case of detection of any defects. The regional akim instructed the city leadership to monitor all requests from residents of the new microdistrict and take prompt measures to eliminate deficiencies.
