Minister of Trade and Integration arrived in NKR

The Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Shakkaliyev arrived in the region. The regional akimat hosted a meeting on trade development issues with the participation of the minister, Akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov and business representatives from four regions of the country: Akmola, Kostanay, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan region.

At the meeting, the problems of domestic producers reaching retail shelves and the ongoing work to protect the domestic market were discussed. A constructive dialogue took place with business entities of the country. A memorandum was also signed between the Ministry of Trade and Integration and the Union of Retail Chains of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in supporting domestic producers and retail facilities.
