In Petropavl, 53 streets will be asphalted this year

Akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov inspected the repair of city roads along Lazutin, Sutishev, Bolatbayev, Zelenaya and Altyn dala streets. This year in Petropavl it is planned to asphalt 53 streets, of which 39 have never had asphalt.

These are mainly the outskirts of the regional center, such as the Rabochiy settlement, Borki, and the Orman microdistrict. The head of the region instructed to strictly monitor the quality of work carried out and effectively use summer days. In general, within 5 years all roads in Petropavl will be converted from gravel to asphalt.

“Also, during the tour, I instructed the city leadership and district akims to put empty and abandoned buildings in order, to carry out the necessary work with the owners. There should not be buildings in the regional center that spoil the appearance of the city,” the akim of the region wrote on social networks.
