On Day of State Symbols, North Kazakhstanis who helped fight the flood were awarded

Today our country celebrates the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Flag, Coat of Arms and Anthem are the unshakable foundation of our state, the main symbols of our Independence.

A striking example of the manifestation of patriotism and civic position was the participation of our residents in the fight against floods. In honor of the holiday, with the participation of Akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov, an award ceremony was held for North Kazakhstanis who contributed to the fight against the flood and its consequences.

The head of the region awarded 40 patriots of our region with letters of gratitude. Among them are volunteers, entrepreneurs, journalists, veterans, civil servants, representatives of ethnocultural associations, non-governmental and budgetary organizations, bloggers, athletes and many concerned residents.

“North Kazakhstanis united and showed true patriotism and heroism in the fight against natural disasters.

I congratulate everyone on the Day of State Symbols, I wish our country prosperity and well-being. Let our Flag always fly proudly in the heights,” the head of the region wrote on social networks.
