Premiere screening of film about Akhmet Baitursynov took place in NRK

The screening of a feature film about the life of the statesman, publicist, educator and teacher Akhmet Baitursynov began in Petropavl. Viewers of the film are the scientific community, students and schoolchildren, everyone who is interested in the history of their land. Akim of the North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov, veterans, deputies, representatives of the public and youth were among the first to watch the film.

The film entitled “Songy Ukim” tells the story of the difficult life path of the nation’s teacher and reveals unknown pages of the country’s history.

One of the founders of the Alash movement, the author of the Kazakh alphabet, Akhmet Baitursynov, made an invaluable contribution to the development of society. His spiritual legacy continues to benefit our people. The decent life of a teacher serves as a shining example for the younger generation.
