Preparing for the heating season in North Kazakhstan region

Under the leadership of Akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov, a meeting of the regional akimat was held, at which issues of preparation for the upcoming heating season were discussed.

This year, SEVKAZENERGO JSC will allocate 17.6 billion tenge for repair work at CHPP-2. A major overhaul and reconstruction of 4 boiler units and 3 turbine units will be carried out, as well as chimney repairs. Construction of a new chimney is underway.

SK REC JSC plans to repair and reconstruct 402 km of electrical networks and 54 substations. Kokshetau Energy LLP will repair 1,070 km of electrical networks and 186 substations.

Petropavl Heating Networks LLP will repair and reconstruct 7 km of heating networks. The construction of two heating mains will also be completed. In the region it is planned to replace 151 boilers in budgetary organizations.

Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov instructed the responsible government agencies to complete all planned work on time and ensure full readiness for the uninterrupted passage of the upcoming heating season.
