Acceptance of documents for participation in selection for regional personnel reserve has ended!

Since the launch of the project on March 1 of this year. 218 people registered on its official website onir.pkrezerv.gov.kz in the North Kazakhstan region, of which 167 participants who provided a full package of documents were admitted to testing for knowledge of legislation.

The selection consists of 5 stages: acceptance of documents, testing for knowledge of legislation and assessment of personal qualities, assessment of competencies, structured interview, meeting of the regional personnel commission. The next stage will take place from April 5 to April 14. It consists of two blocks: “testing for knowledge of legislation” (from April 5 to 9), “testing to assess personal qualities” (April 13-14) and will be held on the basis of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its branches in an offline format.

The regional personnel reserve is a project aimed at forming in each region a pool of young managers - leaders of new thinking from among talented youth.
