In north, people in their courtyards celebrate Nauryz

The celebration of Nauryz continues throughout the region. Today, as part of “Salt-dastur kuni”, the holiday is celebrated in the courtyards of apartment buildings. The townspeople all over the world covered a common dastarkhan, organized a concert and national games.

One of these celebrations took place in the courtyard of a house at Zhambyl Street, 80 in Petropavl. Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov congratulated residents on Nauryz Meiramy and thanked them for the jointly organized holiday.

“This is a tribute to our traditions and customs; Nauryz brings people together,” the head of the region wrote on social networks.
