611 people attended Single Day of Reception of Citizens in NKR

In the North Kazakhstan region, a “Unified Day of Reception of Citizens” was held within the framework of the “Hearing State” concept, initiated by the President of the country.

The citizens were received by Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov, heads of law enforcement and executive government agencies, as well as akims of districts and rural districts.

The open reception aroused great interest among North Kazakhstanis. In Petropavl and in all regions, 611 people turned to the heads of government agencies. Residents were interested in topics of housing, improvement, housing and communal services, social sphere and land issues.

In general, residents' questions did not go unnoticed. All requests received clarifications and consultations. The heads of government agencies were given specific instructions to resolve the issues of North Kazakhstanis. The implementation will be under the personal control of the akim of the region.

“The Single Day of Reception of Citizens has shown its effectiveness and the need for holding it in the future. We will make it traditional. We plan to hold a reception in this format twice a year, with the participation of all government agencies,” the head of the region wrote on social networks.
