12 thousand North Kazakhstanis will celebrate a housewarming this year

Providing housing is one of the most pressing tasks. Financing is increasing annually in this area.

This year, 18.4 billion tenge were allocated for housing construction only from the budget. This is 1.5 times more than in 2019.

It is worth noting that Petropavlovsk will be compactly built up without going beyond existing borders. The construction of a large territory will bring additional infrastructure costs. And if new houses will appear in the center, then it is both convenient and cost-effective. To carry out such construction, it is necessary to gradually demolish the private sector.

By the way, private houses occupy half of the living space of Petropavlovsk, and only 20% of the population of the regional center live in them.

The funds will allow to build 300 thousand square meters of housing. More than 12 thousand North Kazakhstanis will get their own living space. In 2020, 3000 apartments will be commissioned, 625 of which are intended for socially vulnerable segments of the population.
