ANNOUNCEMENT about selection for regional personnel reserve of North Kazakhstan region

In order to form a regional pool of young managers, selection is announced for the regional personnel reserve of the North Kazakhstan region in the following industry areas:

1) industry and production sector;

2) economics and finance;

3) social sphere;

4) housing and communal services and infrastructure;

5) agroindustrial complex and land relations.

Selection for the regional reserve consists of the following stages:

1) acceptance of candidates’ documents;

2) testing for knowledge of legislation and assessment of personal qualities;

3) assessment of competencies carried out by the authorized body;

4) structured interview in the commission;

5) consideration at a meeting of the commission of candidates for enrollment in the regional reserve.

Documents will be accepted from March 1 to March 31, 2024, on the online platform onir.pkrezerv.kz by registering the candidate. Login to the personal account of registered candidates is carried out using a login and password.

Also, documents can be submitted to the Department of the Agency of the Republic for Civil Service Affairs in the North Kazakhstan Region by hand at the address: North Kazakhstan Region, Petropavl, Kazakstan Konstitutsiyasy St. 38 on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.30 or by email opgs.sko@mail.ru

Candidates who submitted documents on paper or electronically also register on the online platform onir.pkrezerv.kz and upload documents within one working day after submitting documents, but no later than the last day for accepting documents specified in the announcement.

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan no older than 35 years of age, with higher education and work experience of at least 3 years (at the time of submitting documents) are allowed to participate in the selection for the regional reserve.

To participate in the selection, citizens provide the following documents (uploaded upon registration):

1) a copy of an identity card or passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) an application in form;

3) copies of documents on education and attachments to them (copies of documents of foreign educational organizations are accompanied by copies of certificates of recognition of these documents in the manner determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

4) copies of documents confirming work activity (in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code), a filled-out track record of the candidate in the form, certified by the personnel service at the last place of work.

5) a color photograph of the candidate.

When submitting documents, the candidate familiarizes himself with the Selection Rules and agrees to their strict adherence, as well as to the collection and processing of personal data.

The grounds for refusal to participate in the selection and exclusion at any of its stages are:

1) failure by the candidate to comply with the Selection Rules;

2) presentation of false information and documents;

3) non-compliance of candidates with the requirements of paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

Candidates who score the highest results at the end of each stage of selection are admitted to the next stage of selection into the regional reserve. The maximum number of candidates admitted to each subsequent stage of selection for the regional reserve is determined by the commission based on the results of each stage. If several candidates have equal results, a number of candidates exceeding the number determined by the commission may be admitted to the next stage of selection.

Persons enrolled in the regional personnel reserve may occupy administrative government positions of Corps “B” in local executive bodies, with the exception of elected positions, in the manner and under the conditions established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
