Akim of NKR ordered to correct shortcomings of the “problem house”

Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov visited a multi-storey building on Zhambyl Street, 38, whose residents complain about shortcomings during construction. Due to failure to fulfill its obligations, the main contractor was unable to complete the construction of the house; other construction companies were involved. However, questions remain regarding the quality of the work performed.

“After inspecting the house, I instructed the city leadership to identify a contractor and correct all the defects. It is important to take into account the wishes of the apartment owners. Work to correct the defects will begin in the spring, this issue is under my control,” the head of the region wrote on social networks.
