The pace of construction of commercial housing is growing in NKR

Kumar Aksakalov inspected the ongoing work at several facilities of the regional center during a working tour through Petropavlovsk.

Along Novaya street, a new free parking has recently appeared. To streamline a large number of cars, 50 free parking areas will appear throughout the city. This year, 10 parking lots will be created. Such measures will allow unloading courtyards from cars and will enable residents to freely walk in their courtyards.

The head of the region also controlled the construction of an apartment building in the village of Borki. The pace of construction of commercial housing is growing annually.

«In 2018, they commissioned 2 thousand apartments, in 2019 — 2.2 thousand apartments. This year, 3 thousand apartments are planned. In 2 years, 30 houses will be built in Petropavlovsk, 20 of them are budget houses and 10 at the expense of developers», — Kumar Aksakalov said.

The akim of the region also visited the Atlas cinema in the Dostyk Mall shopping center. The cinema is ready for launch, but will open its doors only after the removal of the relevant restrictive measures.
