Akim of NKR laid flowers at Independence Stele

On December 16, in honor of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov laid flowers at the Independence Stele. The ceremony was attended by heads of government agencies, veterans, deputies and representatives of the public. Those gathered honored the memory of national heroes who made a significant contribution to gaining the country's freedom with a minute of silence.
