Austrian company plans to implement investment project in NKR

Akim of North Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov held a meeting with the representative of the shareholder "Kronospan Holding East", the head of the investment project in Central Asia, Tomasz Janczak. In the region, the Austrian company plans to implement an investment project for the production of oriented strand boards.

“We will provide the necessary support and assistance to the foreign investor to implement the project. Moreover, we have experience in developing the woodworking industry,” the head of the region wrote on social networks.

The production of laminated plywood has been launched in the region. The construction of a plant for advanced wood processing is nearing completion, where chipboard and laminated chipboard will be produced.
