Akim of NKR commented on situation with electricity supply to villages

At the reporting meeting before the deputies, Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov focused on the problem of power supply to villages. Last week, due to extremely unfavorable weather conditions, 183 villages were without power.

There is a headquarters in the region that coordinates the actions of all services. First of all, we took control of all social facilities; they are provided with backup power for uninterrupted heating. By agreement, the completely de-energized area of Magzhan Zhumabayev is connected to the networks of the Russian Federation and the Akmola region.

“Currently, repair and emergency teams of SevKazEnergo and Kokshetau Energo are working in 40 villages of the region. This issue is under my personal control,” the head of the region noted.
