The traditional August conference took place in Petropavl. Akim of the region Aidarbek Saparov, teachers and specialists in the field of education took part in it.

The head of the region noted that approaches to the organization of the educational process, technologies and teaching methods are changing every year. However, the role of the teacher remains unchanged - to teach and educate children.

“The responsibility of the teacher should not be limited to the educational process. The position “our job is to take lessons” is wrong. The teacher should feel his involvement in the future of the child, be a mentor, pay attention to the personal growth of schoolchildren, engage in career guidance, be interested in what children are doing after school hours. Our children have a huge potential for learning. The task of the teacher is to reveal the educational and creative abilities of each child,” the head of the region said.
