Conference dedicated to anniversary of Magzhan

A republican scientific and theoretical conference dedicated to the 130th anniversary of Magzhan Zhumabayev was held in the North Kazakhstan region. Well-known scientists, writers and poets from abroad and our country took part in its work.

Speaking to the conference participants, Aidarbek Saparov, Akim of the North Kazakhstan region, noted that the head of state, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, during his working visit to the region, instructed to hold the 130th anniversary of Magzhan Zhumabayev at a high level, to organize socially significant events.

This year was declared the year of Magzhan in the region. On the occasion of the 130th anniversary of the birth of the great poet, various cultural events are held. The dissemination of the invaluable creative heritage of the great poet is aimed at preserving national values and instilling them in the younger generation.

At the conference, writers and historians expressed new ideas about the poet and ideas for studying the heritage of Magzhan.
