Akim of the North Kazakhstan Region Aidarbek Saparov at the site of the CCS spoke about the development of the region following the results of 5 months.

In the field of agriculture, the gross output for 5 months amounted to 101 billion tenge, with an increase of 103.6%. Crops increased by 90 thousand hectares and reached 4.5 million hectares. The areas of buckwheat grew 3 times, potatoes, carrots and cabbage 2 times.

The construction of 17 farms has begun, of which 9 will be launched before the end of the year. In total, 31 projects worth 77.5 billion tenge have been launched in the agro-industrial complex. These are poultry farms, sheep farms, a vegetable store, greenhouses, irrigation and an oil extraction plant.

In the manufacturing industry, a pool of 35 projects has been formed for 2023-2026. This year, 15 projects will be launched for 60 billion tenge with the creation of 800 jobs.

The assembly line of agricultural machinery is expanding, such as the Xerion tractor, the Horsh sowing complexes. In the future, the possibility of assembling Aksion tractors and launching the production of REIMAN trailers is being considered. There is also the development of new areas, such as light steel thin-walled structures and laminated chipboard. In general, it is planned to attract 496 billion tenge of investments in the region.

36 multi-storey residential buildings are being built in the region, including 16 commercial ones. By the end of the year, more than 3,000 families will receive apartment keys. Including 702 apartments will be distributed among socially vulnerable segments of the population.

The amount for the repair of roads in Petropavl has been increased 12 times, 25 streets will be repaired. In general, 705 km of roads will be put in order in the region by the end of the year.

18 billion tenge was allocated for providing water supply. Until the end of the year, water will be supplied to 31 villages, where 18 thousand people live.

For the repair of boilers at CHPP-2, the construction of a new pipe, the renewal of heat and power networks, the founders increased the amount from 6 billion to 12 billion tenge.

In the field of education, 49 educational facilities will be overhauled for 4.3 billion tenge. For 2.8 billion tenge, the mattekhbaz of schools will be updated. In the new academic year, primary school students will be provided with free hot meals. 540 mln tenge were allocated for the special security of schools.

Until 2025, 7 schools, 2 kindergartens and 46 medical facilities will be built in the region.

In autumn, 2 polyclinics will open in the regional center. The construction of a polyclinic in the village of Kishkenekol has begun. 5.5 billion tenge was allocated for the renewal of medical equipment.

To attract narrow specialists to the region, the lifting fees were doubled, up to 5 million tenge.
