Competition "Yenbek Zholy" - 2023

From May 1 to July 01, 2023, the acceptance of applications from applicants for participation in the Yenbek Zholy competition will start.

The competition includes three nominations: "Best Labor Dynasty", "Best Mentor of Working Youth", "Best Young Production Worker".

This competition determines the best labor dynasties and production workers in order to educate young people in the spirit of respect for work, the preservation and enhancement of labor traditions. The competition contributes to raising the status of the Man of Labor in society and stimulating labor productivity under the auspices of the "Society of General Labor".

The competition is held in 2 stages: the selection of winners of the competition "Yenbek Zholy" at the regional level and at the republican level.

The Republican Commission will determine the winners in each nomination (first, second and third places).

All employees of enterprises (regardless of the industry) can participate in the competition.

• "Best Labor Dynasty" — the most numerous dynasty with the longest working experience, having the largest number of awards, is selected.
• "Best Young Production Worker" — the most active and hardworking production worker with no more than 5 years of work experience is selected.
• "Best Mentor of Working Youth" — the most highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of experience is selected.

Materials from applicants, drawn up in accordance with the methodological recommendations for the competition "Yenbek Zholy", must be submitted on purpose to the CSI "Department of the State Labor Inspectorate of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region" (Petropavl, Abay St., 64) by July 01, 2023 for participation in the regional competition "Yenbek Zholy".

We urge both representatives of labor dynasties and initiative young workers, as well as their mentors, to take an active part in the competition.
