On April 15 of current year, republican competition "Zhyldyn uzdik memlekettik kyzmetshisi" starts
Administrative civil servants of the "B" corps who have at least three years of impeccable civil service are allowed to participate in the competition.
At the same time, the participation of a civil servant is carried out by nominating the head of a state body.
Stage I – regional (regional) level.
The selection of candidates recommended for participation in the second stage is carried out by regional selection boards.
Regional selection boards are created under the territorial departments of the Agency. The composition of the Board is formed from representatives of government agencies, public associations, non-governmental organizations, the media, and independent experts.
Documents are accepted from April 15 to April 30, 2023 by sending the following materials to the email addresses of the territorial departments of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs:
1) representation of the state body on participation in the competition;
2) track record of the participant of the competition.
Stage II - Republican level.
At the second stage, the republican commission conducts an interview
with candidates until June 2, 2023, which is the presentation of the presentation. Based on the results of the presentation, the republican commission selects the best proposals of candidates for submission to online voting.
Online voting is held on the pages of the Agency in social networks, in which all citizens of the republic can take part.
At the final meeting, the republican board makes a decision on the results of the competition, in which the winners of the competition are determined.
The ceremony of awarding the winners of the competition is timed to coincide with the celebration of the Day of the Civil Servant of the Republic of Kazakhstan - June 23.
