Hostel, medical centers, schools: Altay Kulginov got acquainted with implementation of national projects in NKR
Deputy Prime Minister Altay Kulginov, as part of a working trip to the North Kazakhstan region, got acquainted with the construction of a number of social facilities and the implementation of the national projects "Auyl Amanaty", "Modernization of Rural Healthcare", "Comfortable School". National projects are being implemented on behalf of the Head of State.
Deputy Prime Minister Altay Kulginov met with participants in the microcredit program. Work is underway in the region to support business initiatives of citizens to open and develop their own business. Over the past 3 years, more than 5 billion tenge has been allocated for these purposes. Supported 1000 applications for starting a business. This year, 130 microcredits worth 650 million tenge were allocated for young people to start their own business. In Petropavl, Deputy Prime Minister Altay Kulginov inspected the construction of a new clinic in the Zhas Orken microdistrict, which is scheduled to open this year. Another polyclinic is being built in the Bereke microdistrict. Also, within the framework of the National Project “Modernization of Rural Healthcare”, construction of 46 medical facilities will begin in the districts of North Kazakhstan region. These are RHSs, medical outpatient clinics and medical centers. The construction of a new polyclinic is also planned in the village of Kishkenekol. In total, in the regions of the country and remote villages in the period from 2023-2025, more than 650 medical facilities for primary healthcare will be built, overhaul and modernization will be carried out in more than 30 medical organizations.
During the trip, Altay Kulginov also visited the new educational and laboratory building of the M. Kozybayev NKU, which is equipped with 68 modern laboratories. Last year, a double-degree study program was launched jointly with the University of Arizona. 155 students from different cities study under the international program. For students, a new dormitory for 1700 people is being built. In addition, within the framework of the Comfortable School National Project, the construction of 4 schools will begin in Petropavl.
In addition, Deputy Prime Minister Altay Kulginov also visited the dairy farm of Kyzylzhar Sut LLP in the village of Chapayevo, Kyzylzhar district. The akimat of the North Kazakhstan region noted that in recent years 30 modern dairy complexes have been built in the region. For example, in 2022, over 10.5 thousand new permanent jobs were created. In general, by 2026, 72 projects worth 141 billion tenge will be implemented in the agriculture of the North Kazakhstan region. This is the construction of industrial dairy farms, meat poultry farms, an oil extraction plant and greenhouse complexes. It is planned to create more than 4 thousand new permanent jobs.
Earlier, Altai Kulginov visited Zhambyl, Aktobe, Mangystau, Akmola regions, where the regional akimats were given tasks for the high-quality implementation of national projects.
