Akim of NKR and Head of Republic of Sakha signed memorandum of understanding

Akim of the North Kazakhstan region Aidarbek Saparov and Head of the Republic of Sakha Aisen Nikolayev held a bilateral meeting within the walls of the Astana International Financial Center.

During the meeting, issues of development and strengthening of long-term mutually beneficial cooperation between the North Kazakhstan region and the Republic of Sakha were discussed.

Akim of North Kazakhstan region Aidarbek Saparov expressed hope for fruitful cooperation and invited investors of the Republic of Sakha to joint implementation of investment projects in the region. Aidarbek Saparov presented to Aisen Nikolaev the economic potential of the region, spoke about ongoing projects and voiced mutually beneficial proposals in the areas of trade, agriculture and industry.

The Head of the Republic of Sakha, Aisen Nikolayev, noted that this meeting would serve as a good impetus for mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of all the plans. The Head of the Republic expressed readiness for cooperation in the field of mechanical engineering, trade in agricultural and energy products.

Aidarbek Saparov and Aisen Nikolayev signed a memorandum of understanding between the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region and the Government of the Republic of Sakha.
