Akim of NKR held meeting on investment projects in industry

The industry requires close attention. In 2023, it is planned to implement 11 investment projects. 25.4 billion tenge of investments will be attracted, 800 jobs will be created. These projects are aimed at import substitution, new areas will be developed, such as the production of chipboard, autoclaved gas blocks, ceramic bricks, glass products, thin-walled steel structures, passenger cars and trailed agricultural machinery.

The bulk of the projects are concentrated in the regional center. However, one should not forget that the districts also have significant potential in industry and processing, and it is necessary to attract investors there.

“I instructed the Department of Entrepreneurship, akims of districts, the leadership of the SEZ “Qyzyljar”, SEC “Soltustik” and the regional representative office of “Kazakh Invest” to intensify work to attract domestic and foreign companies to the region,” wrote akim of the region Aidarbek Saparov on his page in social networks.
