Akim of NKR: "We are pouring large funds for water supply of villages"

Large funds are poured into the region to provide villages with central water supply. For example, only 658 million tenge was sent to the village of Beloye in the Mamlyut district. The construction of the main water supply and distribution networks, 26 km long, is being completed in the village. 2 reservoirs, a pumping station and 70 wells have been installed. 222 families got the opportunity to connect water to the house. 50 have already used it.

“I met with the inhabitants of the village of Beloye. We discussed issues that need to be addressed jointly with the heads of farms. Residents raised the issue of the need for a leisure center in the village,” wrote Kumar Aksakalov, Akim of the North Kazakhstan region, on his page in social networks.

This year, water supply works are being carried out in 55 villages. In general, 483 km of distributing networks were laid over 5 years. The number of villages with distribution networks increased by 60% from 179 to 295 villages. "Water in the house" is the main indicator. The villagers are installing washing machines and showers. It should be noted that in recent years there has been an increase in the volume of water used by the population by 70%. Plans have also been made for 2023. Next year, water supply works will be carried out in 30 villages of our region, where more than 16 thousand people live.
