In the North Kazakhstan region, a project is being implemented to provide free land plots for individual housing construction.
“A long-awaited event for the citizens! In the Solnechnyi 2 microdistrict, 1.5 thousand free land plots have been prepared for individual housing construction. In total, 2,000 plots for individual housing construction will be provided. Engineering infrastructure is connected to the land plots: water, electricity and roads. In total, 105 km of power networks, 54 substations, 72 km of water supply networks and 78 km of roads were built in the microdistrict. A school will also be built,” the Akim Kumar Aksakalov wrote on his social media page.
In addition, another thousand free land plots will be provided in the Yuzhnyi microdistrict. At present, the infrastructure works are being completed there.
Thus, in the regional center, the townspeople will be given 3,000 free land plots for building their own houses. Recall that now in Petropavl 16.5 thousand people are in line for individual housing construction.
“Land plots will be issued in order of priority. This process should be open and transparent. For this, a special commission is being created, which will include public figures, journalists, deputies and representatives of the public council,” the head of the region summed up.
