The secret is simple: Aleksandr Vladimirovich puts his whole soul into the development of the village, creates all the conditions for workers and villagers. There are more and more such leaders every year. Ilyinka should become an example for everyone,” Kumar Aksakalov, Akim of North Kazakhstan region, wrote on his page in social networks.

Also, the akim of the region met with residents of the village of Pokrovka, Yessil district. For 5 years, about 1 billion tenge was allocated from the budget. The village house of culture and the school were renovated. Night lighting installed. The issue of water supply was resolved, 75% of the villagers connected water to the house. There is a higher agricultural college in the village. A lot of money has been allocated for the repair and upgrade of equipment. The issue of repairing intra-settlement roads and a medical outpatient clinic is acute in the village, and these works are planned for next year.
