Honoring the champion of the Deaflympics

"Today we honored the participants of the Deaflympics. Our compatriot Farkhad Kystaubayev became the champion of the Deaflympics and raised the flag of our country high in Brazil. This is the first gold medal for our region in the history of participation in the Deaflympics. Rakhat Tabulov and Vladimir Becker also performed well. I will note the merit of our coaches. I thank our guys, you are heroes!" Kumar Aksakalov, Akim of North Kazakhstan region, wrote on his page in social networks.
