Agrarians of the NKR take responsibility for the development of villages

Akim of NKR Kumar Aksakalov wrote about this on his page in social networks.

"The development of our villages is a joint task of the state and farmers. I also call on the villagers to actively participate in this process. An effective platform should be the final meetings of farmers in front of villagers, where they will discuss the results of the work for the year and plans for the development of villages. A meeting of this format was held today by Poltavskoye LLP. The villagers listened to a report on the work done and plans for 2022, made their proposals for improving life in the countryside," the head of the region wrote.

According to the akim of the region, problems need to be solved collectively. Therefore, a memorandum was signed between the LLP, the akimat of the rural district and the residents, which spelled out the obligations of the parties. According to the memorandum, the obligations of the economy are as follows:

  • Timely payment of dividends not less than 5% of the net income received following the results of harvesting
  • Active participation in the development of the village, maintenance of roads and water distribution networks, as well as supply to houses with a 50% discount
  • Provision of material assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population
  • Allocation of charitable grants for education with subsequent employment of villagers
  • Creation and preservation of jobs and construction of houses for LLP employees
  • Creation of comfortable conditions for life in the village in the field of education and healthcare, culture and sports
  • Provision of fodder at the cost of the villagers
  • Sanitary maintenance of villages and landscaping
  • Inclusion in the staffing table of a separate unit for improvement
  • Provision of cultural leisure for young people
  • Provision of concessional loans for youth

The state allocates large funds for the renewal of villages. There should also be a high social responsibility of farm managers to the residents. After all, the solution of pressing issues directly affects labor productivity, social well-being and the well-being of the villagers.

"A year after the signing of the memorandum, the head of the LLP must gather residents for a meeting and report on the work done and talk about plans. Only the interest of all parties will allow us to develop rural areas. Such final meetings should be held in all agricultural formations," the akim of the NKR summed up.
