In the spring, we will begin demolition and start building the microdistrict. The construction of 9 nine-storey buildings will begin. For this, careful preparations have been made. For 1.5 years, the development of a detailed planning plan for the microdistrict and design estimates was underway", the head of the region wrote.

In 2022, the region does not intend to slow down the pace of housing construction. The construction of 5 rent-communal and 9 credit houses will be completed. Construction of another 13 high-rise buildings will also begin under the credit line. Private developers continue to build 15 commercial high-rise buildings, and will begin to build modern residential complexes.

In general, over 400 thousand square meters of housing or 4 thousand apartments will be built in the region this year. About 14 thousand residents will celebrate housewarming. Let me remind you that in 2021, 346 thousand square meters or 3.5 thousand apartments were commissioned. More than 12 thousand North Kazakhstanis have found new housing.
