Residents of 93 villages of NKR will be provided with bus service

Today, at a meeting of the Board of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways, we reviewed the results and plans for 2022. This year, road repairs continue at the sections: Kazgorodok - Gorkovskoye, Yelenovka - Arykbalyk - Chistopolye - Yesil, Vinogradovka - Yasnaya Polyana - Kirovo, Krasnokievka - Oktyabrskoye, Petrovka - Zhanazhol - Bauman. We will complete the reconstruction of 70 km of the Taiynsha-Chkalovo roadbed. As a result, the new transport artery will connect 2 districts and the regional center.

Also in 2022, the repair of the following sections of roads will begin:

🔹"Zhezkazgan-Petropavl" from Sergeyevka to Nikolaevka

🔹"Kokshetau-Ruzyaevka" from Kamennyi Brod to the border of the Akmola region

Last year, intra-settlement roads improved in 44 villages. This work will be continued, considerable funds are allocated. For example, only 320 million tenge will be allocated for the repair of streets in Antonovka (Aiyrtau). The villages of Leningradskoye, Daut, Vlasovka, Bulayevo, etc. will also be covered.

"We discussed the problems of passenger transportation. In the region, residents of 93 villages are not covered by bus routes. To resolve this issue, we will allocate an additional 180 million tenge. I note that since 2017, the fare for city and intra-regional routes has not increased," the head of the region Kumar Aksakalov wrote on his social media page.
