128 families on the waiting list celebrate housewarming in NKR

Every year, more and more funds are allocated for the construction of housing in North Kazakhstan region. In 2020, 17 billion tenge was allocated for this area, and already 28 billion tenge this year. Today, 46 apartment buildings are under construction in Petropavlovsk. Of these, 18 are funded by private developers. By the end of the year, it is planned to commission 28 houses. As a result, 3.5 thousand apartments will be commissioned. This means that 12 thousand North Kazakhstanis will celebrate a housewarming party.

«Rental housing is also being built. Today, people on the waiting list celebrate housewarming in «Bereke» microdistrict. Large families, orphans, disabled people, veterans and socially vulnerable segments of the population have found housing in 128 apartment buildings,» — the head of the region wrote.

In general, «Bereke» microdistrict is rapidly developing. 6 houses are being built, of which three high-rise buildings are being commissioned by the end of the year. The construction of a polyclinic will be completed, the park area will expand, and a new school has been opened. The construction of an oil extraction plant has begun in that microdistrict, which will require 217 new permanent jobs, the construction of a CLAAS agricultural machinery plant is nearing completion, and the company is looking for employees now. Thanks to new industries, residents of the microdistrict have the opportunity to find work near their home.
