Graduates of "Serpin" are employed at new factories of North Kazakhstan region

The akim of North Kazakhstan region Kumar Aksakalov wrote about that on his page in social networks. The head of the region met with students and graduates of the "Serpin" program, during which the possibilities of the region and employment issues were discussed.

On the initiative of Yelbasy, the "Serpin" program has been implemented in the region since 2014. This project is of great social and political importance in the 30-year history of Independent Kazakhstan.

For 7 years, more than 2000 boys and girls have come to the northern region. They receive free and high-quality education and are provided with places in hostels. Already about 1,000 graduates have received their diplomas. Assistance and support for employment is provided. Today, 92% of university graduates are employed in the region.

“For example, this year’s graduates are invited to work by new enterprises in the region. 31 graduates of "Serpin" are employed in a new electrical plant. 4 graduates were recruited to the new plant of agricultural machinery of the German concern "CLAAS". Graduates contribute to the development of agriculture, construction, energy, education and the railway industry,” — Kumar Aksakalov wrote.

Everything possible is being done in the region to ensure that graduates stay and work for the good of the country. In the north, the graduates of "Serpin" have families, 10 children have been born.
