German concern "CLAAS" will open its eighth plant in North Kazakhstan region

"The German concern "CLAAS" is the world leader in the production of agricultural machinery. The company has 7 factories around the world: in Germany, France, the USA, China, Russia, Hungary and Uzbekistan. The eighth plant will open in Kazakhstan, namely in North Kazakhstan region. This is the result of long, but successful negotiations with German colleagues," — the head of the region wrote. ⠀

Now, the building is being reconstructed for the enterprise for the assembly of agricultural machinery. The head of the region with the project coordinator of the company "CLAAS" Waldemar Prieb have inspected the progress of the joint project today. He has been in NKR for a whole week, coordinating the work of designers and builders. All construction and repair work will be completed in June. Up to 100 permanent jobs will be created. Now, the German concern is engaged in the selection and training of specialists. ⠀

"This is a very important project for our region and the whole country. Our region will receive highly profitable world-class production. We will produce “CLAAS” combines and tractors and “Horsch” seeding complexes, which will be cheaper by up to 50% of the market value. Our farmers will be able to purchase equipment at an affordable price and renew their fleet," –Kumar Aksakalov summarized.
