Development of microdistricts “Zhas Orken”, “Bereke” and along Ualikhanov Street continues. Next in line is the construction of “Kopai” and “Naberezhny” residential areas. One of the country’s main developers, “Basis A”, enters Petropavlovsk with its investments. The construction company from Almaty plans to build multi-storey buildings in “Naberezhny” microdistrict. ⠀

“A promising project is the construction of two 18-storey commercial buildings at the intersection of Astana and Internatsionalnaya streets. The management of the Wholesale trade center has expressed a desire to build a modern residential complex in place of the containers. New approaches will be applied in construction. The houses will be connected by an indoor two-level parking, on the roof of which a children’s and sports ground will be made. The construction will begin in June, the houses are promised to be built in a year and a half. New high-rise buildings will be the starting point for the development and renovation of this microdistrict,” — the head of the region summed up.
