The chairman of the North Kazakhstan regional branch of “Nur Otan” party Kumar Aksakalov held a reception of citizens.
The akim of the region received 4 questions from residents of the region. The first appeal came from a resident of Akzhar district, Samal Kasenova. The village of Aisarinskoye has problems with cellular communications and mobile Internet. To which Kumar Aksakalov replied: “The provision of broadband Internet is being carried out in stages. In the coming years, we plan to cover all the villages of the region with good Internet access.” Samal Kasenova’s appeal was taken under control.
Residents of the village of Kiyaly, Akkayin district, represented by Tatiana Artemchuk, were interested in the issue of allocating funds to complete the renovation of the house of culture. Last year, in the rural recreation center, the roof was repaired, new windows were installed and the water supply was connected. Overhaul will continue this year.
Dmitry Il was the next to turn to the akim of the region. He asked for help in recruiting students for the specialty "Technology of production of livestock products." According to the man, it was necessary to involve agricultural producers in that work. That would help solve the shortage of personnel in that area and provide the farms with professional staff. Kumar Aksakalov instructed the Departments of Education and Agriculture, together with the university, to study that issue and form a "social package for the future entrant."
The last issue was related to road construction. Shokan Tokmurzin proposed to produce in North Kazakhstan region and use a special reagent when laying asphalt. The chemical composition will increase the frost resistance and water resistance of asphalt concrete and, as a result, extend the life of the road surface. To implement the project, it is necessary to consider the transfer of the project to the FEZ "Qyzyljar". Kumar Aksakalov instructed the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways to analyze the potential of the proposal, as well as consider the possibility of including it in the special economic zone.
