The akim of North Kazakhstan region Kumar Aksakalov wrote about that on his page in social networks.
"I have received many messages from parents about the opening of additional places in kindergartens. Due to the pandemic, we were forced to restrict the work of kindergartens. Therefore, the duty groups are only half full. Now, the situation in the region has stabilized. We have moved to the "green" zone, which allows us to ease quarantine restrictions. And beginning next week, we will increase the number of places in duty groups. We will be able to cover as many children as possible with preschool education. I am grateful to all parents for their understanding and patience, which are so necessary in this difficult period," — the head of the region wrote.
Also in the region, from February 28, shopping centers, markets, swimming pools and saunas will be allowed to work on Sunday. Theaters will start staging performances with spectators in the hall. Children’s centers for out-of-school education will begin to receive up to 15 visitors. Buses can run in any direction in Kazakhstan.
