Open akimat

The service akimat provides an effective combination of work in government bodies, an integral part of which is the high quality of the provision of services based on the customer focus of employees.

In North Kazakhstan region, there are front offices in the city of Petropavlovsk and 13 districts of the region for close interaction and cooperation of citizens with local self-government bodies this year.

The main goal of the front offices is to build a constructive partnership with civil society within the framework of the “Hearing State” concept aimed at reducing administrative barriers, red tape, bureaucracy, eliminating the prerequisites for corruption and increasing confidence in the state apparatus.

Residents have the opportunity to receive questions for answers on a "here and now" basis. All these steps will contribute to the formation of the legal culture of the population, "zero tolerance" to manifestations of corruption and, most importantly, to make the work of state bodies as open and accessible as possible."

Citizens will be able to receive free expert advice and services in the field of land relations, education, architecture and urban planning, employment, housing and communal services, etc.

The transformation of akimats in the format of service maintenance is a vivid example of ensuring the transparency of the activities of bodies, increasing citizens’ confidence in government organizations.
