The akim of NKR inspected the construction of houses and schools

The head of the region visited the facilities under construction in Petropavlovsk. Kumar Aksakalov was the first to inspect the house on Ualikhanov Street. Nowб 32 high-rise buildings are being built in the regional center. Most of them are being built on the site of 1277 dilapidated houses that have been demolished for 3 years. It should be noted that the scale of construction is steadily increasing every year.

Private developers also have more opportunities. So, 14 commercial objects are being built in the region now.

For example, only one house was built by private developers three years ago. The scope of work of construction companies in the region has doubled. As a result, the more new houses appear, the higher the likelihood for North Kazakhstanis to become owners of their own housing.

At the same time, the number of social facilities is also growing. Next year, a new school for 900 students will open on Ualikhanov Street.

“This school will meet all the modern requirements. But we are not going to stop. We will build a modern sports palace and a beautiful park for the residents of this part of the city,” — Kumar Aksakalov said during the work trip.
