An overhaul campaign has ended in NKR

At a meeting of the regional akimat, the results of the socio-economic development of the region for 10 months of 2020 were summed up. The volume of construction work during this period increased by 10.4% and reached 70 billion tenge. The infrastructure was improved in 270 settlements, 107 schools, 42 cultural and sports facilities were repaired, 288 km of distribution networks were repaired. For the first time in a long time, intra-village roads were repaired in 74 villages of the region. In many villages, work has been carried out on lighting and improvement.

“This year, we have carried out a large-scale work, solving the problems accumulated over the years in the countryside. It is important to create comfortable conditions for each resident. We will continue this work next year. Each akim of the district should prepare the necessary design and estimate documentation for the repair of roads, schools, hospitals and other priority facilities, taking into account the orders and appeals of citizens," — the head of the region Kumar Aksakalov said.
