The affordable housing program continues to be implemented in Petropavl

Today, a 9-story, 72-apartment residential building was opened in Petropavl. The apartments are being sold through Otbasy Bank.

The first 32 residents received the keys to their new apartments. Among them are representatives of socially vulnerable groups and government employees. The ceremony was attended by the Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov and the chairperson of Otbasy Bank, Lyazzat Ibragimova.

"Providing citizens with affordable housing remains a key priority of state policy. Thanks to the systematic work of the government, the implementation of housing programs, and effective cooperation with financial institutions, including Otbasy Bank, our residents' dream of homeownership is becoming a reality. I sincerely congratulate the new residents on this important occasion! May their new homes always be filled with warmth, comfort, prosperity, and joy," the akim of the region remarked.
